Kelly has been a pleasure to work with over the past few months! As a vegetarian, most of my diet centered around carbohydrates and fatty foods. Kelly and I worked together to set out an easy to follow plan that made it clear I did not have to completely give up the things I love, but that life is all about choices and substitutions. Over the past 5 months I have lost 25 pounds and am well on my way to reaching my goal weight. It is great to have her support as I continue to go forward and face new challenges/plateaus. Nutrition counseling was the perfect way to supplement my workout routine.
